Space Availability - SOAS

Availability 

Monday - Thursday: 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

For Winter 2025, there are 9 rooms available in Mason Hall and 1 room available in Angell Hall.

It is required that an Authorized Signer reserve the rooms. SOAS staff are unable to make these reservations for you. 

Quick Reminders

• Rooms are available 30 days in advance.
• Reservations open on the first day of classes for the Fall and Winter semesters.
• Rooms are not available during any University closures (i.e. holidays, breaks, etc) or during the Spring and Summer semesters.

Reservation Limits

As of 10/01/2023, the total of your organization's reservations on a single day cannot exceed these limits:

Monday - Thursday: 4 hours
Friday: 5 hours
Saturday and Sunday: 12 hours

If your group is not in good standing with the University or you exceed the above maximums, your reservation(s) may be revoked. SOAS reserves the right to cancel any reservations.
